Three screens worth running every day
- Strongest trends: sort by technical rating on the 4H timeframe. Pairs at Strong Buy / Strong Sell on 4H and daily are trend candidates — then check key levels for a pullback entry.
- Overextended: filter RSI(14) above 70 or below 30 on the daily. Candidates for mean-reversion when they reach a weekly level.
- Volatility movers: sort by daily change % to see which currency is driving the session — then read the news to understand why.
For a colour-coded overview of relative strength use the currency heat map; for exact rates between any two currencies see cross rates.
